Booking & Refund Policy
At everyoneshould.com, we understand that plans change. Our flexible booking policy gives you options if you can't attend your originally scheduled class.
1. One Free Reschedule
Can't attend your originally scheduled class? You can request one free reschedule per booking at any of our CPR/AED training centers, provided the class you wish to join already has at least one student enrolled.
If you plan not to attend, please let us know so we can help you explore your options and create an opportunity for another student to learn lifesaving CPR skills.
2. Your Sign-Up Never Expires
Use it when you're ready or transfer it to another student.
If you can't attend your scheduled class, simply let us know, and we will keep your registration on record until you're ready to use it or transfer it to another student.
Keep your registration: Contact us when you're ready to schedule your class.
Transfer your registration: Notify us if you'd like another student to take your place.
Your sign-up never expires, so there's no need to rush into choosing a new class date.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
If you choose to cancel instead of rescheduling or transferring your registration, eligible cancellations receive a refund of 72% of the original payment. The remaining 28% is not refunded under our standard cancellation policy.
4. Before You Book
